The Kiss and Drop area is often a shambles

We have written to GTR asking them to allocate 8 free 20 minute parking spaces in Hatfield station. There are 19 disabled parking spaces on the Ground Floor (including 5 outside the car park)but you generally need to go to the 5th floor to find a space to park free for 20 minutes
